RETURN (WITHDRAWAL FROM CONTRACT)

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract of sale of products purchased in the Jakóbczak Studio store within 14 days of their receipt, on the terms described in the Act of 30.05.2014. on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014 No. 827)

In the event of withdrawal from the sales contract, the product should be returned to the following address:

together with the completed return form.

• We do not accept parcels sent to us on delivery.
• Each returned product should be properly packed and protected.
• The cost of returning the goods is covered by the Buyer.
• Transaction refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the refund.

Orders paid for by:

- Przelewy24 is returned via Przelewy24,

- we pay the traditional bank transfer payment to the bank account.

COMPLAINT

In the event of a complaint regarding a received product, the product should be returned to the following address:

• We do not accept parcels sent to us on delivery or parcel machines.
• Every advertised product should be properly packed and protected. In the event of a substantiated complaint, damaged goods will be repaired or exchanged for the same product, but of full value, and if this is impossible, Sklep Jakóbczak Studio will refund all transaction costs incurred by the Customer.
• Transaction refunds are made by bank transfer.

Sklep Jakóbczak Studio will respond to any request immediately, but not later than within 14 days. Complaints are dealt with in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 23.04.1964. Civil Code.
