Terms of use

The user placing an order should read the following regulations. 

 

§1 General provisions

 

  1. The store is owned by the Jakóbczak Studio company, ul. Rynek Wieluński 27, 42-202 Częstochowa, which is a registered taxpayer of value added tax (VAT) under the tax identification number (NIP): 9492063381.

 

§2 Placing orders

 

  1. The prices of goods in the store are gross prices and are given in Polish zloty. The prices do not include shipping costs.
  2. Orders can be placed via the store, by phone or e-mail.
  3. Orders through the store can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week throughout the year.
  4. For the order placed through the store to be completed, it is necessary to properly complete the order form and provide the data necessary to ship the ordered goods.
  5. After the customer places an order, he will receive an automatic response from the store confirming the acceptance of the order.
  6. The implementation of the order begins when the payment is received on the bank account given in the order confirmation (in the case of payment by bank transfer).

 

     Commodity

     Each product offered in the store comes from a legal source, is brand new and has the original packaging. 

 

  §3 Shipping costs and date

 

  1. The parcel is sent to the address indicated on the order form. The store will inform the customer immediately of an incorrectly completed order form that prevents or may delay the shipment.
  2. The Store will make every effort to ensure that the parcel is sent in accordance with the deadline given for each product on the website. When choosing the "bank transfer" payment option, the time of posting the funds to the shop's bank account should be added to the time specified on the website.
  3. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer. The amount of fees depends on the type of transport. The customer can    read the price list at any time by clicking the "Delivery conditions" link.
  4. For international orders (shipping outside Poland), shipping cost will be estimated after completing the order. After receiving an email confirming the order, the customer will receive another message with shipping costs and transfer details.

 

 §4 Payments

 

  1. Each transaction is confirmed by a VAT invoice.
  2. Payment for the ordered goods may be made in cash (upon receipt of the goods at the company's headquarters) or by bank transfer to the store's bank account.

   

    §5 Complaint procedure

 

  1. A consumer who has entered into a distance contract has the right to withdraw from it without giving a reason. However, it is limited in time and is only available for 14 days from the date of delivery of the item (legal basis: Article 7 (1) of the Act of March 2, 2000 on the protection of certain consumer rights and on liability for damage caused by a dangerous product).

 

  1. The advertised goods should be properly secured and packed, and must be sent back to the shop address: Jakóbczak Studio Piotr Jakóbczak, ul. Rynek Wieluński 11, 42-200 Częstochowa with a receipt and attached complaint report.

 

  1. The basis for the complaint is a receipt or invoice.

 

  1. The Seller will respond to the complaint as soon as possible, no later than 14 calendar days from the date of its submission. The basis for initiating the complaint procedure is a correctly completed complaint form and a receipt or invoice. Failure to submit the form or incorrectly completed form may result in a delay in considering the complaint.

 

  1. The full scope of the Seller's liability and obligations towards the Customer is determined by generally applicable law, in particular the Civil Code. For sales contracts, the basis and scope of the Seller's liability to the Customer for non-compliance of the product with the sales contract are set out in the generally applicable consumer sales law.

 

  1. In the event of any deficiencies, defects in delivery or non-compliance with the order, please contact us immediately, but no later than within 24 hours of receiving the package from the courier.

 

 §6 Refund

 

     Refunds are made by the store by bank transfer, postal order or in cash depending on the customer's choice.

   

  §7 Privacy policy and personal data protection

 

  With the acceptance of the regulations, the customer agrees that the store owner processes his personal data in accordance with the Act of 29.08.1997 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws of 2002 No. 101, item 926, as amended), necessary for the service process and marketing purposes. At the same time, the Sender has the right to inspect and correct his personal data.

 

§ 8 Final provisions

 

  1. In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Act of 2.03.2000 shall apply. on the protection of certain consumer rights and on liability for damage caused by a dangerous product.
  1. Disputes in relation to consumers arising from the application of these Regulations and from the performance of concluded contracts, will be considered by the competent court in accordance with the provisions on property and local jurisdiction in accordance with the Act of 17.11.1964. Code of Civil Procedure (Journal of Laws No. 43, item 296, as amended).
